Depending on how busy we are on a given day, we may need to end reception earlier than usual, may be unable to accept requests for a specific veterinarian, or may not be able to see additional patients.
If you have an emergency case, please be sure to call us in advance to confirm whether we can accept the patient before coming to the clinic.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that we can continue to provide safe and reliable medical care to all our patients.

Important Notice for English-speaking Clients:
To ensure the safety of your pet and provide accurate medical care, please follow these guidelines when using “My Junban” (Queue system).
(A) If you bring an interpreter (Recommended)
Doctor Selection: Please select “No doctor request” .
Waiting Time: Shortest.
Availability: All veterinarians can assist you. This is the most reliable way to be seen quickly.
(B) If you DO NOT have an interpreter
Doctor Selection: You must select Dr. Ikeda (marked as “ENGLISH”).
Waiting Time: Expect very long wait times.
Risk: We may not be able to see you if these specific doctors are absent, in surgery, or handling emergencies.
Please note: If you select a non-English speaking doctor without an interpreter, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
To provide safe and accurate medical care, we strongly recommend bringing an interpreter.
If you come without an interpreter, your consultation will be limited to our English-speaking veterinarians . Please be aware that choosing this option may result in a very long wait, and we cannot guarantee a consultation if the specific doctor is unavailable.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us provide the best care for your pet.
