  • Engaged in general medical treatment and animal welfare at a veterinary hospital in Kanto, Japan.
    Studied animal welfare under Dr. Takeo Yamaguchi and continues to work as a veterinary professional.
  • Participated in animal rescue and spay/neuter activities after the Tohoku Earthquake.
  • Completed training in internal medicine at Azabu University Veterinary Hospital
    Completed AO VET Small Animal Principles Course

I have taken over as Director since April 2023. Inheriting the animal welfare spirit of Dr. Takeo Yamaguchi, I am committed to providing “animal- and people-friendly” veterinary care. I hope to be of service to everyone at Yamaguchi Veterinary Hospital while making use of the experience I gained through my studies at the university hospital. I will do my best to save as many lives as possible.

I’m Inoue, in charge of the oncology department. In recent years, the lifespan of dogs and cats has increased, and tumors, which are more likely to occur as they get older, just like in humans, are one of the leading causes of death in dogs and cats. In recent years, diagnosis and treatment at the same level as medicine have become possible. We can provide various treatment options other than standard tumor treatments (surgery, radiation, and anticancer drugs) and standard treatments, so please feel free to contact us if you are having trouble with a tumor.
